After having completed your booking you will receive an email with your personal key code a few days prior to your arrival. This email is extremely important as it gives you access to your key (keycard). Please remember to print it out and bring it along on your travels so that nothing stands in the way of a smooth arrival!
Where is the key? The key box with your keycard is located just on the right hand side of the entrance door. The details in the email tell you which code will open the compartment assigned to you.
No matter in which of our beautiful rooms – named after streets in Innsbruck – you stay in, each will provide the following: bed linen, towels, flat screen TV, WIFI, a fully equipped communal kitchen, a shared bathroom, a separate shared toilet and a car park. All you need as an independent traveller!
For short-term guests the room will be cleaned before and after their stay.
The community rooms however, depending on the occupation of the apartment, will be cleaned daily. For long-term guests a cleaning schedule will be arranged.
Smoking is not permitted in the S14, with the exception of the room Sonnenburgstrasse (which has a balcony) and the inner courtyard.
Check-in is possible from 14.00 o' clock, check-out until 10.00 o'clock.
Please do not forget to fill out the registration form provided in the apartment!
A private car park - not far from the S14 - is available on request for a dayrate of 10€. For long-term stays we can agree upon a special rate for the parking lot. This is a great offer you usually don't get every day, especially in the middle of the city. Where the parking place is situated is shown in the photo below.
Since the apartment is so centrally located and well connected with public transport, a separate set of wheels is not really needed. However, if you would like to explore the whole of Tirol with Innsbruck as your homebase, a car can be extremely useful.
Take enough time to explore Innsbruck with its scenic mountains, it will be
a worthwhile experience! For a start we can highly recommend the Innsbruck-Card, which allows you free access to museums, public transportation, a sightseeing bus as well as popular sights, the cable car
and much more ... all of that available for a relatively small fee.
You can find a city map and more information about possible activities through the links on this website or in the numerous brochures that are waiting for you in the hallway. Have fun!
A selection of our favorite restaurants, shopping facilities and many other important points can be found here or on our contact page. A cash machine, two supermarkets, several bars and public transport (tram) are located only
a few meters / a few minutes walk away from the S14.
In case of illness a pharmacy is in close proximity to the house.
In emergencies, the university hospital's emergency room is located just 2 minutes down the Schöpfstraße and an ambulance will be on the spot in no time. Emergency number: 144
Please take a look at our map to see where everything is located.
